I just wanted to thank you for helping me arrange our meeting, lunch, Dinner etc.

We had a wonderful stay and I was as always very sad to leave yesterday, all the staff and facilities were as always 1st class.

I hope to stay again in the not too distant future.

The suites, treatments and food were all amazing, we could not fault anything. Our guests were delighted with the stay and very reluctant to check out on the Saturday morning. I would recommend Carton House to anyone.

We are just back from our honeymoon and I thought I would drop you a quick line to say thank you. Everything was perfect on the wedding day (9 April), so thanks for the great organisation and I would be grateful if you could pass our thanks on to the person who looked after us on the day (i cannot remember his name).

All of our guests noted how exceptionally good the service and food was, both on the wedding day and the day after in the golf club house.

So thanks again and we may see you on our first anniversary next year.

RTE – GOLF DAY

I would like to extend a huge thank you to you both personally and to your respective teams for the amazing work yesterday.The day was a great success and all of our clients have been ringing and emailing this morning complimenting on what a beautiful venue, and course it was and how great the good and service was.

Francis, yourself and your team (Gerry and Matt in particular) were a tremendous help and made the day run seamlessly. You were always on hand to make my life easier! Our guests were delighted with the personal one to one treatment and hospitality they received and felt like the entire day was devoted to them.

Samantha; bar and waiting staff were wonderful. They could not do enough to help and provide more and above what was required. The food was lovely and everyone really had a great time.

Overall, the day was wonderful, all the staff of Carton House could not do enough to make the day run soothly and for this I am extremely grateful.I look forward to doing business with you in the future.Many Thanks again guys, it was a great day!

My experience dealing with you and the Carton House will stay with me as very professional, staying on the ball when I was not sure of the date, not pushing, instead very polite, listening to all my needs during the weeks of preparation, adjusting rooms, canapés, drinks and prices to suit my budget.

As a family circumstance made me personally unavailable to attend and host the party, I felt in very good hands to leave the rest with you and your team.

Dublin Journalists Golf Day

On behalf of Captain Fergie McDonnell, The Committee and all those who played may I thank you, Stephen and everyone at Carton House for the warm welcome extended to the members of the Dublin Journalists Golfing Society on the occasion of our annual visit yesterday, Monday. A most enjoyable day was had by all and the weather was just fine for golf. The Montgomerie course was its usual tricky self and the bunkers are certainly to be avoided at all costs. The greens, although sanded, were in good condition and putts ran very true and held their line. The fine meal served by the courteous staff rounded off a lovely day in style and all in all a most pleasant experience. Hope fully we can return again in 2010 and with that in mind you might be so kind as to pencil in Monday, March 29 as the date for the DJGS visit next year. If that date suits your long range calendar you might be kind enough to let me know. In the meantime many thanks again for everything, please pass on our regards to all and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Working with you on this event has been a pleasure and all my requests were handled so quickly, even all the last minute accommodation changes.

Many thanks to you and all your colleagues for our excellent weekend at Carton. There was universal approval from the delegates for the location we had chosen.

A special word of thanks to and praise for Fiona Mullin who accommodated our many requests in every way possible.

I would also like to mention the two duty managers over the weekend Arthur and Lucas who were both very helpful as indeed were all the staff.

I look forward to visiting Carton again either in a private capacity or possibly some event or meeting.

Now the dust has settled on what was an epic week last week, I can take the time to say one further thank you to each of you and all the members of your teams for your help with our golf day last Monday. Every aspect of the event had been well-planned and executed by each of the various departments, from the hotel, to the catering, to the on-course activities and the use of the range, and all of this done in a faultless and ever helpful manner.

The number of thank yous that we have received from our guests has been very pleasing, and as I have alluded to above the comments relate to all aspects of the event, with particular praise for the superb condition that the course was in.

I just want to express my thanks for a lovely day on Saturday in the golf club. The food was really excellent and they left it there for the evening which was great as our guests were able to get something to eat whenever they arrived.

We were also allowed stay in the golf club for the remainder of the day so I presumed that the large golf group must have cancelled as we had the room to ourselves.

I must also pass on my sincere compliments to all your staff and management on the day but I would particularly like to highlight Antonio your waiter from Spain. The level of personal service we received from him for the day was first class and he made everyone feel so relaxed and welcome.

Thank you very much for your support during our stay at Carton House. Customers have been satisfied and that was our main target.

Golf and Golf Club was perfect and very well organized. Gerry had everything under control. People enjoyed atmosphere at the terrace.

Service was excellent, that was also feedback from the customers. Your help and the help of the rest of the staff were amazing. I hope it was o.k. for you, too.
